How many calories do we need to be healthy?
The number of calories we need a day to be healthy depends on different factors, like our sex, our weight, and the physical activity we do everyday, but for people like us (around 15 years old, between 55 and 70 kg., and active physical activity) we need about 1800 - 2200 calories a day.

How many calories do these food have?
1.Big Mac: 550-600
2. A cup of Orange Juice: 45-50
3. 1 banana: 108
4. French fries: 380 (100 gr)
5. Chocolate bar: 500 (100 gr)
6. A can of soda: 50

What would you do to improve your diet?
Stop eating without reason and do more regular exersice.
