How many calories do we need to be healthy?

The number of calories we need a day to be healthy depends on different factors, like our sex, our weight, and the physical activity we do everyday, but for people like us (around 15 years old, between 55 and 70 kg., and active physical activity) we need about 1800 - 2200 calories a day.

How many calories do these food have?

Who is the greatest singer? Give reasons why

I'm a huge music fan, I love listening to music, and I like a lot of different genres, like blues, jazz, rock, metal, even some pop, like Toto. It's because of this, that it's difficult for me to say "This is the greatest singer ever" since I like a lot of them, and there are a lot of good singers in the world, like Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Brad Gelp, Steven Tyler, Robert Plant, Louis Armstrong, etc. So, I'm going to write about Ronnie James Dio, who, in my opinion, is one of the greatest singers, not just in metal, but in music.
He was the singer of a lot of bands, like Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Dio, and Heaven and Hell. He had a strong, consistent voice, that could hit high notes, and also low notes. He could sing heavy, dark songs, but he also could sing slow, soft ballads. He also popularized the famous maloik, or Devil Horns hand gesture. I think that one of the most important facts about why I like him so much as a singer, is the stability of his singing voice throughout his career, that spanned four decades. I mean, he could sing as good in 2010 as he did in 1985, and that it's also impressive, because he started singing professionally in the late 50s, although he gain recognition in the mid-70s. His voice was a huge influence in heavy metal singers, and his albums in the different bands he was part of, are considered classics in heavy metal, such as Rainbow's Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow, Rising, and Long Live Rock 'n Roll; Black Sabbath's Heaven And Hell, Mob Rules and Dehumanizer; Dio's Holy Diver, The Last In Line, Dream Evil, Magica, and Killing The Dragon (Although he had more albums that are also pretty good); and finally, his last project before his death, Heaven And Hell, a band consisting in the Heaven And Hell-line up of Black Sabbath, there for the name, that only released one album, The Devil You Know, that has the power of all the others albums, even they were over 60 years old.
Dio died of a stomach cancer on May 16, 2010.

Why is it important to become a good person?

It's important to become a good person, because we have to know how to treat people well, so we can have good relationships with everyone else, because, usually, people don't like to mix with bad people, since they don't treat them well, they hurt them, and they don't care about them. Ever since I can remember, everyone had teach me a lot of things, so I would become a good person. People like my family, teachers, TV (It actually does) and even friends. All these people have influenced me to become a good person, and I'm sure every single person has been educated the same way, although some people, for different reasons, become bad people.
There are a lot of bad people in the world, and no one can deny that. These are the people that kill other people, rob them, are bad influences, and even the people who lie to make people look bad, like saying a person did something bad, when in fact the person never did.

If we have a friend that is acting like a bad person, we have to help him, so he can become in a good person, because if he doesn't, as previously stated, he can hurt the people around him. And if our efforts are useless, we'll have to stay away from him, as he might become a bad influence for yourself.

If I were Jennifer I would have ran away as soon as I heard the fire alarm, although I still would liked to see the fire, but I still would get out as soon as I could from there, and I wouldn't just stay in a room with other people waiting for them to pack their hair-care equipment, I won't asfixiate just because of some stuff. Don't they know something called "self-preservation"? Anyway, I would tell them to get out, even if they must left their hair-care stuff. What historical figure do you most identify with? Why?

Actually, I don't identify with any historical figure of my knowledge at all. O'Higgins? No. Carrera? Neither. Napoleon? No way. But I won't start talking (I mean writing) about the little I know about politics. But if you also consider historical figures from the last century, like Martin Luther King, I would say that it's the same, of course, it depends of the area , for example religion, or politics, but considering music, I identify most with Jeff Beck, because he plays different kinds of music, and he likes perfection when he plays. But if you meant an historical figure, I am sorry but I can't give you the answer you wanted.

From which person have I learned most in my life?

There are lots of people from which I have learned things, like my friends and relatives, but the person I most learned from is my grandfather, because he has lived nearly 70 years, and he have a lot of experience. He often help me with manual homeworks, he teach me how to do them, and the things that I need for doing them. He buy the stuffs that I need for school, he fix my things, he taught me how to swim and dive, how to behave properly, he taught me lots of sports and physical excersices, and even more things. I think that I couldn't know all the things I know without him.

Why is renewable energy an important topic today?

Renewable energy is a really important topic in these days, because now, we use too much electric energy, and the sources of energy are not renewable, so they are starting to run out. We need renewable energy, because there are more and more things that are electric, and need more electricity, and we use it without thinking about the consecuences. But renewable energy doesn't run out, but we still have to use less energy, because if we abuse of this energy, even if it doesn't runs out, it's not infinite. So we need to get a source of renewable energy, like wind, or the sun, that won't runt out.

Why is Alberto Hurtado so important in Chile?

Luis Alberto Hurtado Cruchaga, was borned in Viña del Mar, Chile, on January 22 of 1901, but he is known as Padre Hurtado. He joined to the Company of Jesus in 1923, and became a priest in 1933. He helped young and poor people to get close to the church. But his help and defense to the poor people and workers make that the wealthiest and conservatives places of society and church to label him as a communist priest. But then he founded the "Hogar de Cristo", an institution that collect money for beneficence, and receive needish people. He did two miracles, and the Pope Benedict VI declared him as a Saint in 2005.

Extreme Sports

I think extreme sports are really awesome, because they can disconect you from everything else, and all the stress of the city and the work.

But it's really important to use security, because you can get really hurt, or even die. They also can be really scary because of that, and there are lots of other risks, but besides all those risks, I still would like to do one of them, because I think they are really cool and very exciting.

Do you like piercings? Why?

Well, I like how piercings look, but I don't like when there are too much of them. I mean, one or two in the face would be fine, but fill your entire body with piercings? Even if there are people who like that, I think it looks bad. Besides, I don't like the fact of piercing my body. They stuck a needle somewhere in your body, and even if that doesn't hurts, the place you pierced can inflame, and it can become infected. So, I can say that I like the way piercings look, but only if there are one or two, but I won't have one.
